Our Methodology
The aim of NTA is to co-ordinate the design team and produce first-class, high-quality documentation that meets client standards, eliminating disruption to the construction programme due to unresolved issues.
Review of draft briefs, existing data, site conditions and any previous studies occurs at regular meetings with the client's representative. Alternative plan concepts are investigated and thoroughly analysed before final design drawings, along with opinions of potential costs, are prepared.
Successful project completion is based upon the selection and management of design consultants and subsequent reporting to the client. From the onset, the project is managed throughout design and documentation phases to prevent programme slippage.
